Hey!
We have a 20-25m3 pond at home, and it is filtered in two stages. The first stage is a metal screen where a waterfall runs over to filter most of the algae and larger pollution. The 2nd stage is a drum filter by Oase wit a moving bed behind it.
The problem is that we had quiet a green pond, so we used an additional UV light to kill all the algae. But the problem now is, is that the drum filter cant handle the polluted water and it clogs up. The drum then fills with water and triggers the float sensor, so that the drum is cleaned. But the problem is, is that the drums becomes to heavy for the motor to turn the drum around. At which point the water is starting to pour of the overflows at each side of the drum. This also triggers error 44, which means that the drum cant be turned.
We have removed the drum, cleaned it all out and greased it up so that the drum runs as smooth as possible. I can easily turn the drum by hand and when the cleaning start i can give it a hand for the first couple of second so that it start turning. It just cant start on his own.
The system is powered by an AquaKing EGP 20000 pump and pumps about 15-20m3 per hour.

I hope someone could give some advice about this, we have already consulted with our local dealer about this multiple times, they cant really help us with this problem..
